Targad The Zafara

First off, I apologize for the watermark. I just don't want this getting ripped off and used somewhere on Neopets.

I haven't drawn anything Neopets related in a while, which is funny considering Zafara's are what got me into anthro in the first place.

I am not totally pleased with this. I feel it can be better in many aspects. Mostly the fur texture (or lack thereof). But this was done in less than three hours, so yeah, rushed.
