It's been a while since I posted anything eh? I really need to get to posting things more often.

Hopefully that'll be the case for the next little while.

Losing that Wacom contest has given me a bit of a drive to produce more. It's the kind of disappointment I like, because it's something I can solve if I try harder. It's not like other things like that failed road trip, where there is nothing I can do even if I tried.

This took 90 minutes to two hours I believe. I wanted to do something summer-like with lots of trees and general prettiness. So what else would I paint besides Mossflower?

No reference was used for this. I really like how everything came out besides the clouds. I fail at them without reference.

What's wrong with the clouds? I think they're great!

The foliage along that path is amazingly well done, especially with no actual branches drawn.

The cloud also have that glowly effect that normal clouds do when hit by sunlight.
